What is your exchange/return policy?

Cancellations can be accepted up to 48 hours after purchase.

Exchanges are accepted if you contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

We are happy to accept returns in the event of a product being damaged when you receive it.

We can not accept exchanges or returns on custom orders, or on post earrings for hygiene reasons.

Please note that custom pieces take extra time, so if you have a deadline, please order well in advance!

All of our orders ship from Saskatchewan, Canada. We always do our best to provide an estimated delivery time for you. We try our best to keep shipping costs low while still keeping your orders secure.

We strive whenever possible to be eco-friendly, and this can mean re-using packaging such as boxes and wrapping materials.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Yes!

We always try to make each order feel like you're opening a little gift, but we'll happily add some extra touches!
